About
our company
Welcome to On The Coast Dance Conservatory, where passion meets purpose and every dancer has a place to grow.
Our studio was founded on the belief that dance should be a space for creativity, confidence, and community. We offer high-quality training in a supportive and inspiring environment, with classes for dancers of all ages and levels. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or preparing for the stage, our team is here to guide, challenge, and celebrate you every step of the way.
With a focus on strong technique, artistic expression, and personal growth, we aim to develop not only skilled dancers but also empowered individuals.
Join us as we build something special along the coast—one step, one leap, one performance at a time.
Meet The Team
Ms. Hayley— Creative Director/Head Instructor/Choreographer
Hayley began dancing at the age of 3 and spent years training, competing, and performing through high school and college. After stepping away for a bit, she says she is so grateful to be back doing what she loves—creating, choreographing, and building a space where dancers can truly grow.
At OTCDC, her goal is to inspire, support, and challenge dancers of all levels through meaningful movement, community, and creativity. We can’t wait for you to be part of OTCDC!
Riley Hart—Co-Instructor
Riley is a current student at OTCDC and is excited to share her love of dance with the studio’s youngest dancers. As a student dance teacher, she brings enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude to every class. Riley enjoys creating a fun and encouraging environment where children can build confidence, learn new skills, and discover the joy of dance. Her goal is to help each dancer feel supported, inspired, and excited to come to class each week.
Mrs. Maggie—Owner/Chief Operating Officer
As the Operating Officer of OTCDC, she is a follower of Christ, wife, mom, former cheerleader, and cheer coach. She spent five years as the General Manager of three successful bridal boutiques on the East Coast before having her children and has seven years of experience in education. She also carries a few other titles during the week, including house manager, church nursery director, coach’s wife, Huck & Winnie Sue’s chauffeur, and puppy treat giver.
When she’s not at church, you can catch her on the ball field or in the dance studio. She feels incredibly blessed that this opportunity found her and that this was the perfect season of life to say yes. She is so proud and excited about the team they’ve built this year and cannot wait to get started!
Isleigh Sharpe—Instructor/Choreographer
Isleigh Sharpe is from Ocean Isle Beach and is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she spent four years on the dance team and served as Head Choreographer and Social Media Specialist. Throughout high school and college, she found a passion for teaching dance and creating a supportive environment where students can build confidence and grow.
Isleigh is also a certified barre instructor and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in integrated Marketing Communications. She is excited to share her love of dance and help students reach their full potential both in and out of the studio.
Ms. Caroline—Music Director/Instructor/Choreographer
Caroline danced competitively for 14 years. She trained at Evolution Dance Complex, traveled to many conventions and competitions, and was captain of her high school dance team. Her favorite style is contemporary, and she has a strong passion for choreography. She's excited to jump in and work with our new students!
Penelope Parisi—Co-Instructor
Penelope is a current student at OTCDC who has a passion for working with young dancers and introducing little ones to the joy of dance. She creates a fun, positive, and encouraging environment where our tiny dancers can build confidence, learn basic technique, and explore their creativity. Penelope believes every dancer’s journey should begin with joy, imagination, and plenty of encouragement, and she is excited to help her tiny dancers grow and shine each week.
